Cooperation

Cooperation

Find partners, create projects, manage tenders, and collaborate.

The Coop Guide is a four-step flow: Choose your Role (Corporate or Private), Coop Type (Project, Tender, or Offer), Cooperation Model (Whole or Per-Milestone), and fill in Details before publishing. The guide adapts based on your previous choices.

1

Role

Corporate (company) or Private (individual)

2

Type

Project, Tender (open call), or Offer (service)

3

Model

WHOLE (one payment) or PER_MILESTONE (phased)

4

Publish

Fill details and publish to the network

Tenders are great for finding multiple proposals before committing to one partner.

Corporate projects are created by businesses looking for partners. Define the project title, description, budget in sats, and break the work into milestones. Each milestone can have its own payment. Publish to attract partner proposals.

1

Open Coop Guide

Start from the Coop dashboard

2

Select Role

Choose Corporate

3

Select Type

Choose Project

4

Define milestones

Add each phase with description and payment

Realistic timelines in milestones build trust with potential partners.

Tenders are open calls for proposals. Define the work scope and let providers apply with their own offers. Review applications, check reputation, and accept the best fit. The tender status changes to ACCEPTED when you pick a partner.

1

Create tender

Define scope, timeline, and budget range

2

Publish

Open for proposals from the network

3

Review applications

Check each applicant's profile and proposal

4

Accept partner

Select a provider to start the cooperation

Include clear deliverables in the tender description to attract serious applicants.

Two cooperation models exist. WHOLE: one payment for the entire project, released when all milestones are done. PER_MILESTONE: each milestone has its own escrow. PER_MILESTONE is safer for longer projects as funds are released incrementally.

PER_MILESTONE is recommended for projects longer than 2 weeks.

Use the Explore tab on the Coop dashboard to discover potential partners. Filter by category, reputation, or identity level. Send an invite to propose a collaboration. Track active partnerships in the Partners section.
